Portable precision on-line oxygen gas analysis based on zirconia oxygen sensor technology. O₂ sensor is supplied on a 2m cable which can be extended up to 26m. Suitable for high temperature & vacuum oxygen measurements in inert gases in the range 10^-20ppm to 100% O₂. Supplied with type K thermocouple 0-1250°C Auxiliary input for an optional additional pressure / vacuum or dewpoint transmitter sensor included.

The Rapidox 2100 portable oxygen gas analyser is packed with features normally only available in oxygen analysers costing many thousands of pounds. From the display to the outputs, all features are fully user-programmable using the keypad on the front panel, or the software provided.

Easy to use and simple to calibrate using your choice of up to three gases, the Rapidox offers exceptional performance and flexibility using a rugged, long-life zirconia oxygen sensor supplied. The Rapidox comes with Windows software for easy data-logging and live-time graphing.

The Rapidox 2100 allows fast and accurate oxygen analysis over the full oxygen range (10^-20ppm to 100% O₂) using a zirconia sensor supplied on 2m cable (extension cables available up to 26m distance). The analyser provides continuous on-line oxygen analysis, with a typical response time less than 4 seconds for a 90% response to a step change in gas compositions. The sensor is especially useful for high temperature oxygen measurements and in vacuum conditions, where a range of vacuum fittings are offered.

Type K thermocouple input is included as standard for independent temperature measurements up to 1250°C. The auxiliary input can be used to connect an optional pressure / vacuum / dewpoint sensor which can be displayed and data-logged simultaneously. Standard features include fully programmable alarm circuits, programmable analogue outputs (0-5V & 4-20mA), easy calibration (user selectable gases), RS232 / RS485 communications and a full set of communications / data-logging software that is compatible with MS-Excel.

A range of optional pressure, vacuum and dew-point fittings allow the Rapidox to be connected to your apparatus quickly with minimal fuss. This unit has proved so popular that we now sell multi-channel and panel mounted versions, as well as OEM kits
