Industrial On-Line Zirconia Oxygen Gas Analysers

Special panel mounted fixed system on-line oxygen gas analysis based on zirconia oxygen sensor technology. O2 sensor is supplied on a 2m cable which can be extended up to 26m. Suitable for high temperature & vacuum oxygen measurements in inert gases in the range 10-20ppm to 100% O2. Supplied with type K thermocouple 0-1250°C Auxiliary input for an optional additional pressure / vacuum or dewpoint transmitter sensor included.

Rapidox 2100ZP Panel Mount Gas Analyser

The Rapidox 2100ZP is a special panel mounted version of the highly successful 2100ZF bench analyser that has been sold for over ten years by Cambridge Sensotec. Supplied with a 3mm thick anodised aluminium bezel that is 300mm wide and 4U high, the unit can be conveniently flush-mounted with all sensor cables and connections on the rear panel. The gas analyser can be returned to a standard 2100ZF unit very quickly if ever required. Bezels up to 19” rack-mount size can be supplied upon request.

Rapidox 2100ZR Bench Mounted Gas Analyser with Rear Fittings

The Rapidox 2100ZR is a special bench mounted version of the highly successful 2100ZF analyser that has been sold for over ten years by Cambridge Sensotec. The Rapidox 2100ZR connections are housed at the rear of the gas analyser, allowing easy rear access to the Oxygen sensor and Auxiliary input combined with the portability of a bench mounted unit. The analyser can also be adapted to a 2100ZP panel mount version very quickly if ever required.
