Rapidox 3100A Dual Gas
Rapidox 3100 Dual-Gas Analyser Range
Bench-mounted dual gas analysers for O2 and a choice from CO2 CO H2O and N2O. Fitted with a high performance zirconia oxygen sensor and a latest generation infra-red sensor for high speed and accurate dual gas analysis. Customer specified range of gases for maximum accuracy. Fitted with a powerful internal sample pump for on-line continuous measurements in inert gases with full data-logging and calibration facilities. Type K thermocouple input included as standard.
Calibration Gas Kit
Supplied in a smart carry case with two canisters of calibration gas (gases depend on the analyser set-up) this is a convenient way of quickly checking and calibrating your Rapidox analyser. Kits are supplied with either a fixed flow regulator (for analysers without sample pumps) or a special demand flow regulator (for analysers with sample pumps). Independent analysis certificates for each gas bottle are included. Each gas bottle is a lightweight disposable canister that can be recycled. The canister is filled with 110L of calibration gas giving approx 220 minutes of gas flow.
Heavy Duty Peli-Case
A Peli-Case with bespoke insert can be supplied to allow heavy duty transportation of the Rapidox 3100.
Optional Swing Handle
A swing handle can be fitted to your Rapidox 3100 at the time of ordering for a small additional charge.
Optional Printer
This printer allows the user to print out on screen readings.
Gas Genie Filters
These specalist filters can be used to remove water from the gas being analyzed. The Gas Genie Avenger provides the basic function of removing a large quantity of water from gas, while the Gas Genie 101 filter removes all water from the gas under analysis.
Gas Genie Replacement filters
Replacement filters come in packs of 5 and are used in conjunction with the Gas Genie Avenger and Gas Genie 101.
RS232 to USB Converter
This USB converter can be used to connect the Rapidox 3100 to a computer without a serial port.
