Rapidox 3100Z O2
Bench-Mounted Zirconia Oxygen Gas Analyser
Bench-mounted precision oxygen gas analyser based on zirconia oxygen sensor technology with powerful internal linear piston sample pump, full pressure correction and temperature measurements using type K thermocouple 0-1250°C. Suitable for on-line continuous oxygen measurements in inert gases in the range 10-20ppm to 100% O2.
- Bench mounted gas sampling zirconia oxygen gas analyser.
- Continuous gas sampling via powerful yet quiet internally located linear piston pump.
- Flow rate controlled by needle valve / flow gauge on front panel.
- Fast measurement response (typically 4 seconds for a 90% response)
- Full measurement range available (10-20 ppm to 100% oxygen)
- High accuracy maintained throughout the measurement range. Accuracy ± 1%of the actual measured oxygen with a precision ± 0.5%
- Nernst mode of operation for ultra low oxygen concentrations.
- Independent type K thermocouple fitted as standard. Range 0-1250°C
- Easy to calibrate by the user using ANY TWO or THREE gases (air is usually chosen for convenience)
- Sensor life expectancy typically 35,000 hours.
- Large back-lit LCD display showing % oxygen (selectable notation), temperature and pressure (user-selectable units)
- RS232 / RS485, 0-5V and 4-20mA current loop outputs (fully user-programmable)
- Windows data logging software with MS-Excel compatible graphing included.
- Fully programmable alarms with outputs and visual /audible warning.
- Unique sensor cleaning facility which can be operated at any time during use.
- Optional printer, carry handle & transport case available.
- Gas recovery bag available.
- Compatible with DILO style gas recovery systems.
