MediTEST MO12C – Non-Destructive Leak Tester

The MediTEST MO12C range operates on the established principle of measuring the reactive force generated by a pack when subjected to vacuum. The change in this force is an indication of packaging integrity.

Package testing identifies any weak seals or leakages, highlighting quality assurance issues. Only a few seconds are required to detect holes down to ten microns while the non-destructive nature of the test allows for waste reduction.

A PC based virtual instrument control system, featuring a touch screen HMI, provides easy to read results, indications and graphical test data to aid analysis. Users are able to store test and meta-data in compliance with 21 CFR Pt 11, and output these to a printer.

The MO12C-1 is ideal for low-volume testing while the MO12C-4 is able to inspect up to four packs simultaneously, providing a clearer indication of packaging integrity.
