All prices displayed exclude insured delivery which varies depending on the exact location. If you use a shipping agent or would prefer to organise shipping yourselves then we would be happy to assist. We can also supply Chamberised Certificates of Origin for a small additional charge.
Shipping charges for small items such as replacement fittings and sensors can be supplied upon request. Please note that we do not make a profit from shipping charges and only charge you what it costs us!

We accept payment by cheque or wire transfer in GBP Sterling, EURO and United States Dollars (other currencies are available on request). We also accept Mastercard, Visa credit and debit cards.
All prices are exclusive of UK Value Added Tax (20% VAT) which will be charged where applicable. There is no VAT payable in countries outside the European Union but local import duties and taxes may apply, over which we have no control. Customers in the European Union countries (excluding the UK) do not have to pay UK VAT if a valid European VAT number is provided with the order, subject to checking.
All instruments are supplied with a minimum full twelve month warranty offered on a back-to-base basis. Software support is free of charge and regular updates are available for download from this web site.
