Your 3 Simple steps for sending an analyser for calibration:
When you require a calibration, contact our after sales team by phone or email, so they can supply you with a quote letter.
Complete & submit the returns form below & wait for it to be returned to you with a unique return (RMA) number.
When you have received the form & RMA number, send your machine to us, with a copy of the form. Overseas customers will also need to be advised of shipping instructions before sending in their machine.
Our 3 simple steps when your machine arrives:
It will be logged in & our engineering dept will calibrate it as soon as possible.
When your machine has been inspected, we will email you a formal quotation and request you send a purchase order. A service report will also be sent to you if any repair work or spare parts are required.
Upon receipt of your purchase order or payment your machine will be returned to you.
Our preferred courier for all our shipments both UK and overseas is DHL.
