Your 3 Simple steps for sending an analyser for calibration:
If you require a repair for your machine, phone or email our after sales team to discuss the issue so that they can try to establish the problem and if possible send you a provisional quote.
Complete & submit the returns form below & wait for it to be returned to you with a unique return (RMA) number.
When you have received the form & RMA number, send your machine to us, with a copy of the form. Overseas customers will also need to be advised of shipping instructions before sending in their machine.
Our 3 simple steps when your machine arrives:
It will be logged in & our engineering dept will inspect it as soon as possible.
Once the issue has been determined we will email to confirm if your provisional quote still stands and request a purchase order or payment. If work/parts are required, you will receive a service report and a new or revised quote. No repair work will be performed until you have agreed for us to do so.
Depending on your credit terms, upon our receipt of your purchase order or payment, your machine will then be returned to you.
Our preferred courier for all our shipments both UK and overseas is DHL.
