Product Launches For New Year

Introducing Witt's Leak-Master Easy, Industrial Scientifics MX4 Pump and Our Annual Prize Draw Winner

With the first month of the New Year completed we are happy to give one of our customers some excellent news. William Spier from the Department of Agriculture has won a free iPod Nano! All Cambridge Sensotec clients who complete our short customer survey enter the competition, and Managing Director Mark Swetnam drew William’s name out of the hat. William has already received his iPod.

In other news, Witt Gas Techniques has launched a new and improved leak detection system, the Leak-Master Easy. This leak detection unit can detect the smallest of holes without the need for trace gases. The package in question is placed into a chamber filled with water and the head space above water level is evacuated using a vacuum (compressed air) system. The immersed package inflates and any leak can be easily identified by a stream of bubbles. This system has a range of benefits including; a short testing period of fewer than 30 seconds, suitable for a range of packaging including rigid and flexible and no calibration is required. It is an easy to use system that does not require special skills and has a variety of chamber sizes.

Industrial Scientific have also released a new Slide-on Pump for the Ventis MX4 portable gas detector. Ideally suited for operators that wear their gas monitor primarily for personal protection but occasionally require a pump for confined space entries. It is compatible with the Ventis MX4 and MX4 iQuad multi-gas monitors.

• Available in black or safety orange
• Easily attachable and removable
• Uses the same battery packs/chargers as the Ventis
• Flexible battery options
