The UK has implemented several new measures in its campaign to get on top of and control the COVID-19 pandemic. These reinforce the concept of social distancing and enforce the closure of several categories of business.

At Cambridge-Sensotec we have taken the decision to close the factory today as we respond to this new regime and to address concerns about employee welfare. We note furthermore that we are increasingly seeing supply chain problems as other companies have already closed down.

We will keep the situation under continuous review. We will honour all orders already received and will continue to accept new orders which will be scheduled for production as soon as we resume operations.
