Oxygen Analysis in Glove Boxes

Hazardous or sensitive materials are commonly handled within glove boxes; transparent sealed boxes with gloves built into the side. Users are able to create the appropriate atmosphere within this space, allowing them to prevent any unwanted reactions from occurring. This is often achieved by introducing inert gases such as argon, nitrogen or helium.

Users are able to select between two electrochemical sensors, one for measurements of 0.1ppm to 10,000ppm (1%) and another for 0-100% oxygen range. Analysers fitted with a zirconia oxygen sensor provide fast and accurate analysis over the range 1ppm to 100%.
