Cambridge Sensotec Range of Rapidox 1100 Oxygen Analysers

Already being used in dozens of applications around the world, the Rapidox 1100 range of oxygen analysers from Cambridge Sensotec are flexible, easy to use and extraordinarily accurate. The 1100 range includes three separate analyser’s, the 1100E, 1100L and 1100Z. All have the same powerful diaphragm internal sampling pump and free data logging software, with each sensor being suited to several specific applications. Calibration requires 2 or 3 user selectable gases and is remarkably straightforward.

The Rapidox 1100E gives accurate oxygen analysis over the oxygen range 0 to 100% O₂ with a resolution of 0.01%. It utilises an electrochemical sensor that offers fast response times alongside high percent level accuracy. This analyser is perfect for applications with hydrocarbons or VOCs in which oxygen monitoring is paramount.

The Rapidox 1100L oxygen analyser allows accurate oxygen analysis over the range 0.1ppm to 1% O₂ using a specialised ppm electrochemical oxygen cell. The gas analyser is fitted with a special cell holder that allows the reading to stabilise as quickly as possible and is fully temperature and pressure compensated for enhanced accuracy. This analyser is suited to applications at very low oxygen levels where a zirconia sensor is not suitable.

The Rapidox 1100Z, one of our most popular gas analysers, allows fast and accurate oxygen analysis over the range 1ppm to 100% O₂. The analyser provides continuous on-line oxygen analysis, with a typical response time of fewer than 5 seconds for a 90% response to a step change in gas compositions. At the heart of the Rapidox 1100Z is a zirconia oxygen sensor that needs to be heated to 650°C before it will conduct oxygen ions. An internal pressure sensor compensates for small changes in gas pressure to keep the readings stable and maintain precision. The 1100Z will soon be available with a sampling system to all three gas streams to be sampled sequentially. This makes it perfect for an enormous variety of welding and soldering applications that require low O₂ analysis.

All of the Rapidox 1100 oxygen analysers come with RS232 communications, fully programmable alarm circuits, and 4-20mA outputs. The range also has a full one year warranty and Cambridge Sensotec are happy to offer our full technical expertise for the entire life of the analyser.
